She brings over 12 years in executive search, managing senior mandates for C-suite and board roles across technology, industrial, consumer, mobility, and familybusiness groups in the Middle East, Europe, and Asia. Her work spans marketmapping, candidate assessment, and end-to-end project management for complex, multi-country searches.

Prior to Lancor, Sehar spent over a decade with Pedersen & Partners, delivering leadership hires for multinationals and family conglomerates with a strong focus on Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.

Sehar holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Allahabad and is fluent in English and Hindi.
