Lara is a Research Analyst with Lancor’s London office. In this role, she supports the firm in managing data, developing and implementing executive search strategies in retained search engagements.

Prior to joining Lancor in 2025, Lara was an Associate at a workplace strategy and change management consultancy, providing data-driven insights to support clients in building world-class environments that enable people to do their best work.

Lara has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Durham University, and a Master's degree in Organisational Psychology from the London School of Economics.
