Kevin is a Consultant with Lancor, focused on international board and C suite searches for publicly listed companies and startups in the tech space, particularly in software, cybersecurity, data analytics, networking, telecom and AI infrastructure.

He leads the full search lifecycle, from analysing markets to attracting senior talent and shaping client thinking around key leadership choices. He also drives operational improvements and leads efforts for GDPR, security compliance and other internal legal matters.

He holds a Master of Laws in International Law and Global Governance from Tilburg University, where he wrote his thesis on the jurisdictional limits of the Right to be Forgotten. He previously studied Political Science and International Relations at the University of Pavia.

Outside work, Kevin organizes and leads fundraising for capacity-building initiatives co-hosted by the European Parliament. He builds partnerships with MEPs, political parties, universities, and the private sector to secure new sponsors.
