Ece is a Junior Research Analyst based in Lancor’s Brussels office, having originally joined the firm as a research analyst intern before transitioning to her full-time position. She works closely with the Partners and the broader team to support the firm with its executive search projects and candidate research.

With a strong understanding of artificial intelligence, Ece spearheads the company’s drive to enhance its performance through the proper use of AI to improve internal processes and methodologies. Her technical knowledge is backed by her university research, which included a thesis on AI-enhanced music recommender systems.

Ece holds an advanced Master's Degree in Engineering Sciences and an MSc in Social and Cultural Anthropology from KU Leuven. Prior to this, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Studies from Sabanci University in Istanbul.
