Caterina Caputo is a Consultant with Lancor, focused on international board and C suite searches for publicly listed companies and startups in the tech space, particularly in software, cybersecurity, data analytics, networking, telecom and AI infrastructure. She leads the full search lifecycle, from analysing markets to attracting senior talent and shaping client thinking around key leadership choices.

Before joining Lancor in 2022, she built a language services firm as a digital nomad, partnering closely with founders in the tech space. This chapter fostered the owner mindset she brings to every mandate. Caterina holds a BA in Linguistics for International Relations from the Catholic University of Milan and an MA in Political Science from the Higher School of Economics in St. Petersburg, and she is fluent in Italian, English and Russian.
