Grace Olson

Grace is a Research Analyst in Lancor’s New York office, specializing in executive search for private equity-backed portfolio companies. She plays a key role in identifying and placing top-tier C-suite talent while contributing to the firm’s growing advisory capabilities.

Prior to joining Lancor, Grace was with AlphaSights, a leading market intelligence firm, where she supported consulting and private equity clients across both London and New York. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Davidson College.

Outside of her professional work, Grace is deeply committed to philanthropy and community service. She is an active member of the New York Junior League, supporting over 60 nonprofit organizations across the city. Additionally, she serves as Chairwoman of the George and Maja Adolfson Charitable Fund, furthering initiatives that create meaningful impact.
