Katherine is a Consultant with Lancor’s New York office. She supports the firm in developing and implementing executive search strategies within the private equity industry, in addition to working with Lancor’s advisory practice.

Prior to joining Lancor, Katherine completed internships at Boxcar and Rural Women New Zealand.

Katherine graduated from the University of Richmond in 2020 with a BA in Leadership Studies and Politics, Philosophy, Economics, & Law (PPEL). While there, she studied abroad in France, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
